Contacting the Student Desk

General questions relating to registration as a student can be answered by the Student Desk:

Opening hours
From the 1st of January 2012 The Student Desk is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 till 15:00. From the 1st of May The Student Desk is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 till 17.00.

The Student Desk can answer your questions about

  • (re-)registration 
  • cancelling your registration 
  • tuition fees 
  • the student card 
  • making an appointment with a student counsellor, careers advisor or the student ombudsman 
  • enrolling on courses organized by the Course and Career Information Centre.

Your faculty can answer questions about:

  • the content of your course or programme 
  • admission to a Master's or pre-Master’s programme 
  • required (pre-) qualifications 
  • lecture and examination timetables 
  • book lists 
  • registering for course modules and examinations 
  • course credit values 
  • obtaining a diploma or degree certificate.

If you require help with any of these matters, contact the student secretariat of your faculty.
