Scientific performance VU University scores well in Leiden Ranking

VU University is the fourth university in The Netherlands and the 75th in the world according to the Leiden Ranking.

The Leiden Ranking analyses the scientific performance of 500 major universities worldwide and is conducted annually by the Center for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS) at Leiden University. The differences between all Dutch universities are small. The Netherlands are with seven universities best represented in the first 100 of the ranking, after the United States (64) and the United Kingdom (12). Last year VU University was ten places lower in the ranking.
