Combined research specialisations
The Master’s programme in Biology gives you the opportunity to choose up to two of the three available research specializations: Ecology, Green Life Science and Brain & Behaviour. You can also combine your Biology research programme with a specialisation in policy, science communication or education. These teach you how to bridge the gap between science and society.
International orientation
Many students in the Master’s programme Biology go abroad for part of their studies. If you have specific ambitions which are difficult to reconcile with a traditional Master’s programme, then this wide-ranging course might be just the thing for you. You design your own curriculum, select your own work placements and choose your own thesis topic.
