Combining disciplines
COM is an interdisciplinary programme offering you the opportunity to combine knowledge and skills from different disciplines. The Master’s programme integrates anthropological, sociological and psychological approaches to identity, politics and cross-cultural cooperation, combined with management and organization theory.
Learning from diversity
Members of the COM teaching staff come from widely diverse backgrounds: anthropology, management science, public administration, corporate history, psychology, development studies and sociology. Students can count on training and guidance from teachers who all have extensive international experience in organizational culture research and many of whom are experienced practitioners and consultants.
