Career prospects

Minister
The ability to apply theology in a comprehensive and hermeneutical manner provides an excellent foundation to support you in your work as a church minister.

Theologian
The in-depth knowledge of systematic theology is the ideal preparation for working as a professional theologian for the church, for non-profit organizations, for the media, or for educational institutes.

On completion of the programme, you can become a teacher at a seminary or an institute of theology, a member of the clergy or a theology researcher.

Researcher
The Master’s provides you with the skills to analyse and evaluate theological materials in a systematic manner. This is excellent preparation if you are considering becoming a doctoral student in systematic theology. Students whose marks are good enough can request admission to the second year of the faculty’s research Master’s programme.
