Policy, Communication and Organization (MSc) (pt)

Organizations are constantly working to change and improve. How can they make the most of their employees' creative qualities? How can they overcome potential resistance? How do the social processes within the organization work?

During the Master's programme in Policy, Communication and Organization, you study organizations from a range of perspectives. You draw upon insights from psychology, sociology, public administration and public policy studies, and business administration. The common factor in all this is curiosity about the social processes within organizations.

The BCO Master's programme opens many doors into the public, private and non-profit sectors. It prepares you for careers in which you need a sharp eye for what goes on inside an organization. Examples include policy officer and communications consultant.
