Massivizing Computer Systems

Our mission is massivizing computer systems. Computer systems are often designed alone, but in practice they form systems of systems and even ecosystems.

We take a fundamental approach to forming efficient, engineered ecosystems, and focus on making (distributed) computer systems simultaneously scalable, dependable, performant, sustainable, cost-effective, etc. Our work improves the large-scale infrastructure used in clouds/big data, with popular applications in the Digital Economy, from bioinformatics to online gaming, from business-critical to consumer workloads.
