The science committee supports the Research Portfolio Holder. It advises the Research Portfolio Holder on all matters concerning the research policy and on the allocation of various grants.
The members of the science committee are appointed for a period of three years and are eligible for reappointment. The appointment is made in consultation with the heads of department.
The committee supports the Director of Valorisation and advises on the valorisation policy. The science committee is supported by an official secretary.
