Print

Do you want to print wirelessly from your own laptop? You can do so on all printers on campus.

With PaperCut printing software, you can print on campus with your VUnetID from your device (Bring Your Device). You do this in the same way as you are used to from a managed PC.

The IT department is working hard on the modern workplace of the VU. This will give you access to the applications and data you need to work or study anytime, anywhere. Collaboration and easy data sharing are central to the new digital workplace. And although we want to limit it from the point of view of sustainability, printing is also part of your workplace. Now you can do that anytime, anywhere, and on your device.

PaperCut
Printing with your device is done with the software of PaperCut. It is a safe way to print via the cloud. If you work with a Windows operating system, then you install PaperCut as follows: you download the program on download.vu.nl. Open the explorer, go to the download folder, and double-click the ISO file you just downloaded. Then double-click on 'pc-print-deploy-client[byodprint.vu.nl]'.

More information on digital credit for printing and copying.
