Using a patent in a spin-off
Do you have a patented invention and are you considering a spin-off? We’re ready to work with you and help bring your innovation to the market.
If your invention is patented, the knowledge institution can license it to your spin-off. The license grants market access in exchange for a fee (royalties, shares, or both) and includes agreements on use, exclusivity, and development speed. The institution always retains rights for research and education purposes.
