The Master in Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is a two-year, part-time academic programme for professionals who would like to deepen their expertise in organisational and societal change. Organisations increasingly seek experts who can effectively lead complex transformation processes, grounded in scientific evidence.
This Master’s programme prepares you to become a multidisciplinary change expert, capable of analysing complex issues and intervening using insights from behavioural science, business administration, and change management. Evidence-Based Management is a core component of the programme, supported by collaboration with the Center for Evidence Based Management.
