Pause software Work & Move works as a personal coach, who helps you with advice and exercises with exercise, a healthy attitude and variety in your work.
Sitting all day is not good for your health. Yet we do it: we mainly do (office) work while sitting. But the key word to prevent physical and mental complaints is variety. Inserting moments of recovery, more exercise and more variety in work have positive effects. In this way we can do our work with fewer complaints, and even work more efficiently and creatively.
Work & Move can be tailored to your own needs. The software works as a personal coach that encourages you to exercise more, to adopt a healthy posture and to alternate sufficiently by means of advice and exercises. You will also receive tips about healthy computer use and feedback about your own computer behaviour.

Do you want to install the software on your laptop? The software is available via the Company Portal on your VU laptop. Unfortunately, the programme is not yet available for the MacBook.
