Do you want to set up a room for an event? Or do you need signage to direct people to a specific room? You can rent a variety of equipment from Logistics, such as folding chairs, poster boards, coat racks and lecterns.
Some examples from the range:
- poster boards (A0 size advertising boards with legs)
- A-boards for advertising (on a low stand for both indoor and outdoor use, W: 100cm x H: 70cm)
- signposts* (intended for signage)
- folding chairs

- podium block elements**

- flipcharts (comes with 4 different coloured pens and a flipchart pad of 25 sheets)
- extra paper for flipcharts
* Can be filled in to suit your needs.
** The podium block element can be covered with floor-length fabric.
Delivery time
If you submit your request before 2 PM on the day before, the equipment will be available on the day of event. The equipment will be brought to your location and collected again afterwards.

Audio visual equipment
Equipment such as presentation displays can be rented from the Audiovisual Centre (AVC).
