If you need access to one of the buildings outside standard opening hours, please contact the FCO Service Desk.
If you do not have a 24-hour access pass and you need to be in one of the VU buildings outside opening hours, then you can, but you need to make arrangements in advance. Your director or other authorized employee is required to provide written permission and to send an email to the FCO Service Desk no later than one day in advance: frontoffice.fco@vu.nl.
The FCO Service Desk then informs Security about your presence (this is in connection with the safety requirements).
When opening one of the buildings outside regular opening hours, the costs are charged to the faculty or service department. Final costs depend on the facilities requested.
Activity before or after closing: always report to FCO!
When you organize an event, you are obligated to register it using the Request Event form. Here you can also read more about the conditions you and your activity must comply with.
