As a manager, you can have your personnel duties temporarily replaced (delegate). You can arrange a temporary replacement by using the self-service option ‘Arrange my replacement'.
Use the Take action now button on this page to arrange your replacement. An extensive manual is available in the self-service option.
For the duration of the replacement, the delegate will receive the duties of the person he/she is replacing in his/her My tasks overview, in addition to his/her own duties. The person who has arranged to be replaced can still view these tasks in his/her own My tasks overview.
The person who has arranged to be replaced will still receive the usual notifications for the duration of the replacement. Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, the delegate will not receive these notifications.
