The overview provides insight into the current status of the entire process at a glance: who are the linked actors, and who is responsible for the next task? This overview is also accessible to support staff who have started an onboarding process for a manager.
Email reminders
If, for any reason, an onboarding process that has been started is inactive for a long period of time, automatic email notifications will be sent as a reminder to complete the tasks quickly. This ensures that all actors are informed in a timely manner of the action required of them.
