  Agreements regarding potential career steps are made at the faculty level, where both horizontal and vertical opportunities are discussed during annual reviews and career tracks.

  As part of "Recognision & Rewards," all researchers at the UD level and above make agreements with their supervisors to focus on one of the core domains: teaching, research, or impact. The implementation of these career opportunities has been detailed at the faculty level.
