 n <strong>NATURELAB</strong>! Experience the restoring power of a gro
 up programme in local nature.</p><p><strong>What is NATURELAB?</stron
 g> An international research project into the effects of nature on we
 llbeing. Using different activities in nature (like gardening, moveme
 nt, noticing, expressive arts) we explore what practices work best fo
 r whom. Every participant will be randomly allocated one of to two gr
 oups. Personal data will be kept anonymous; we take privacy very seri
 ously and create a safe space together.</p><p><strong>What you gain f
 rom participating</strong>:<br>This programme can help you become men
 tally stronger, experience less worries, increase your ability to con
 centrate, feel more energy and more connection to yourself, your neig
 hbours and your local environment. You contribute to research and the
  development of a new therapy.</p><p><strong>What we expect from you<
 /strong>:</p><ul>  <li>You recognise yourself in the issues and wishe
 s mentioned above</li>  <li>You are 10 years or older</li>  <li>You p
 articipate for 12 weeks (max. 2 hours per week) in a group of 5 to 12
  people</li>  <li>You fill out a questionnaire 6 times and have your 
 blood pressure measured</li>  <li>You take care to create a safe spac
 e together with the group; sharing is allowed, not a must</li>  <li>I
 n need of extra support? Bring a friend or caregiver along</li>  <li>
 Younger than 16? Permission of parent or caregiver is required</li>  
 <li>You speak Dutch or English</li></ul><p><strong>Practical informat
