Geerte Faas is an MfN-registered mediator and coordinator of the in-house mediation pool at VU Amsterdam. She knows VU Amsterdam well through her work as an employment lawyer at HR&HSE. Like the other internal mediators, she is required to keep these activities separate from her mediation work.

When you are angry or frustrated, rational dialogue is difficult and it becomes hard to see the other person’s perspective or reflect on your own.
