Why do people do what they do at work? How do you create a healthy, motivating and effective work environment? In the English-taught master’s track Work and Organisational Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, you will explore these questions and develop skills to really help organizations and teams move forward.
You will explore how personality, leadership, motivation and team dynamics influence organisational functioning, while learning how to improve work processes and HR policies.
From theory to practice – interactive, small-group learning
This one-year master’s programme consists of lectures, seminars and practical work sessions. You will study in small groups and choose from a variety of specialised courses. In each subject, you will continuously link scientific theory to current organisational issues.
Our lecturers combine academic expertise with practical experience. Thanks to their guidance, you will gain insight into real cases and be thoroughly prepared for your career in the field.
The master’s programme starts annually on 1 September. There is no intake in February.
