Would you like to know more about the natural processes that control the dynamics of the landscape?
This minor focuses on the study of natural processes shaping the Earth’s surface, and its impact on land use. The influence of climate, tectonics and vegetation on the evolution and dynamics of the landscape and the interaction of the different components of System Earth will be considered, including the oceans, atmosphere, hydrosphere, geosphere, biosphere and anthroposphere.
The minor is in-depth and preparatory to an Earth Science Master at the VU.
