You can pay your tuition fees by debit card at the Student Desk.
Please note: it is not possible to pay by credit card or Visa debit card.

Payment deadlines
- For study programmes with a starting date of 1 February, the payment must be made by 31 January at the latest.
- For numerus fixus study programmes (Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, Criminology, Dentistry, Gezondheid en Leven, Medicine and Psychology), the payment must be made by 15 July at the latest.
- For other Bachelor's programmes with VU Study Choice Check and Master's programmes with a starting date of 1 September, the payment must be made by 31 August at the latest.
- You can select 'Other method of payment’ in Studielink. The full amount of tuition fees must be paid, this cannot be done in instalments.
Someone else is paying
Has someone else paid the tuition fees for you by debit card? If so, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is legally required to obtain your permission for this transaction. Fill out and sign the consent form and submit it via this form, stating your student number.
