Corporate secretary: a spider in the web

Corporate secretary programme

Orient yourself to the developments and changes in the position of corporate secretary and formulate how you personally interpret this.

As corporate secretary, you have an important role in organising the board and decision-making within your organisation. You are the board's right hand and often also the secretary of the supervisory board. This makes you an important link between the board and the internal organisation on the one hand, and the external relations with important stakeholders on the other. As a key factor in organising (political) administrative relations and bringing the right parties together, you are often the initiating and directing officer. To be able to operate in this broad domain, a board secretary must have widespread knowledge and skills.

This extensive approach is central to the Corporate Secretary program. During five interactive sessions, you orient yourself on the developments and changes in the position of corporate secretary and formulate how you personally interpret this.

This programme is completely taught in Dutch. For more information, please consult our Dutch website.
