How do you create a strong team in education? How do you motivate your team to work together?
What are the conditions for pleasant and efficient team collaboration? Shared responsibility – sounds good, but how? As a leader, how do you provide space while maintaining leadership?
These (and many others) are the questions we will dwell on in the leadership programme “Building strong teams in education”, an inspirational and hands-on program to support your development of leadership and team building skills. The programme focuses on the combination of leadership and team development in an educational context.
Through knowledge development, awareness and practical application, you will build your teaching team during this programme, creating a stronger team spirit and shared responsibility for great education. In addition, you will take a new step in the area of your own leadership development.
For whom?
Education Directors, Programme Directors and Programme Coordinators in higher education in the Netherlands with a leadership role (or delegated responsibility to lead a team) or individuals who will take on this role in the future.
This course is open to participants inside and outside of VU Amsterdam.
