Coach and guide students effectively
In this course, you will learn to have more focused coaching conversations.

The course consists of 6 meetings in the morning. In each meeting there is a lot of practice. In preparation you sometimes read literature with processing assignments, watch a movie, or practice what you have learned in the previous meeting. In class, of course, we come back to this and work with it. By reading, practicing and evaluating, you will gain more and more insight into your strengths and weaknesses and become more proficient. Relevant skills that you practice are: asking questions, listening, summarizing, confronting, giving feedback.

Nice that there is room to share experiences, very instructive and recognizing in the stories of others gives a good feeling and for me also strengthens the group feeling."
  • "We again have a great toolbox of coaching skills, theory and method that we can take into our daily work."
  • "We gained more confidence in coaching students."
