Hot Moments in Practice

In our dynamic world, we often encounter situations that are emotionally charged and ripe with potential for growth. Whether it's a heated debate in the workplace, a tense exchange in a classroom, or a challenging interaction with a colleague, these “hot moments” can either escalate into conflict or serve as powerful catalysts for learning and change.

In this workshop, we will explore the art of turning these “hot moments” into opportunities for education and transformation. Through a blend of interactive sessions, practical exercises, and reflective discussions, participants will gain valuable insights and develop essential skills for navigating intense situations with effectiveness.

Together, we will learn how to create a safe and supportive environment where diverse perspectives are shared, and where every encounter, no matter how challenging, becomes a chance for personal and collective growth.

For Whom?
These workshops are available for teachers and executives who want to navigate “hot moments” with skill, empathy, and resilience.

It runs on set dates and uses realistic scenarios to build facilitation skills for dialogue across differences, grounded in the Mixed Classroom in Practice educational model, with time for peer exchange and reflection.
