Are you a junior lecturer with a University Teaching Qualification and a drive to learn more about curriculum innovation and educational leadership? Than this maybe the programme for you.
At the VU Incubator for junior lecturers we believe you learn by doing whilst being a member of an inspiring community of likeminded people in the same boat as you.
During the Pioneers of Education programme everyone will lead their own innovation in education project. That can be a project you came up with yourself or an assignment from a faculty. The program offers all kinds of support for you to achieve your results and at the same time learn about you as a leader, and curriculum development and change.
We offer:

- 6 training sessions about educational leadership
- Peer consultation
- Individual coaching
What we ask:
- Passion for learning and education
- Commitment to lead a change project and learn about leadership and you in the leadership role.
- Being present during all sessions.
For whom?
This course is designed for junior lecturers and for D4 lecturers (maybe D3) who obtained their UTQ of VU Amsterdam.
