The course consists of three meetings in which you will actively engage in exercises, discussions and presentations.
First meeting
- What two problems does addressing an audience present?
- What solutions do performing artists use?
- What can you do with these to better reach your audience?
Second meeting
- Reaching the audience in between
- Using style and making transitions
- Using style on a micro level
Third meeting
- Testing the extent to which learning objectives have been met
- Reinforcing explanations with gestures
- Theater techniques when interacting
- Presenting slides
- Discussing an implementation plan
