Did you become required to integrate after January 1, 2022?
Then the municipality will contact you for an interview about your civic integration. If you are going to do the onderwijs (education) route, the client supervisor of the municipality will register you for the Language and Preparatory Program Amsterdam.

Then you can decide where you want to follow an integration program. The VU Amsterdam and HvA offer courses for higher educated people.

Are you in the Netherlands for family reunification?
Then you can apply on your own. Here you will find more information about integrating through the education route or a language course at VU Amsterdam. You will pay for your own integration, possibly with a DUO loan. Sometimes the municipality will pay for you, then they will apply for you.
The costs are not the same for everyone. At the VU, you can follow the fast B1-route and the 'onderwijsroute' with a DUO loan. How much it costs depends on your level of Dutch and English, and the number of courses you will be taking. Mail to aanmelding.nt2-tsa@vu.nl.
