As follow-up of the HERoS research, the BASICS research looks at organizational healing, adaptive capacity and institutional resilience in Dutch nursing homes in the aftermath of COVID19.
Data collection takes place through film screenings and group discussions with local, regional and national stakeholders throughout the Netherlands.
