From distrust to trust
The programme Steering and leading from trust is aimed at professionals with solid work experience, who themselves lead people and projects (or have to deal with them) and feel the need to work and organise less from rules and control and more from trust.

Your profile
You are a professional with an academic or HBO+ education or academic working and thinking level. Furthermore, you have at least five years of relevant work experience in the (semi)public sector. You have a managerial task or the assignment to cooperate (internally or within a chain); or are involved in policy and implementation as an advisor. You are faced with the challenge of leading or organising more from the basis of trust and less from rules and control. You want to strengthen your own competencies in this respect and be able to realise this way of working within your own organisation.

An intake interview may be part of the final registration.
