Learn Dutch & make the most of your time studying in Amsterdam
What will you achieve with this Basic Dutch on Campus?

After completing this course (Level 0-A1), you can hold conversations in everyday situations and write short emails and messages, for example about where you live and what you study, about people you know and things you own. You can also read short, simple texts and ask questions about them, for example in the supermarket, a restaurant or public transport. You can fill in personal details in forms from, for example, the municipality or the VU.

Final test and certificate of participation
At the end of the course, you can take a final test at level A1. This is not mandatory. If you pass the final test of this course (you will receive a certificate), you can continue with module 2 of the regular Dutch for work and study course (A1 to A2).

If you do not take a final test, you will receive a certificate of participation for the course. See Date, costs and application for information on credits.
