Below you find an overview of the self-service options with which you arrange your personnel matters.
The self-service options are listed alphabetically and provide a link to the Service Portal where you can directly manage your personnel matters. The Service Portal contains manuals for using the self-service options.
The self-service options listed below also include an “Explanation” link, which provides detailed information about the subject. The subject page on vu.nl contains regulations, explanations and guidelines, among other things.
Good to know
- Forms in the Service Portal cannot be saved temporarily; make sure you have all the necessary information at hand. If you wait too long to send/submit a form, it will be closed and you will have to start again at a later time.
- If you are inactive in the Service Portal or SuccessFactors for 10 minutes, you will lose everything you have entered. A warning will appear on the screen, but if you are busy with something else at that moment, you may miss this warning.
